The eight sellers we celebrate this month share a love of quality vintage with the thrill of hunting for unique pieces. From up-cyclers breathing new life into pieces, to sellers sourcing from across the globe and those delighting in photography and styling; this selection is packed full of home inspiration.
Fox and Blonde
@fox.and.blonde Fox and Blonde was founded by Amanda in 2020, combining her design roots with a love or home and garden. Fox and Blonde hunt down treasures that are quirky, rustic and industrial. Amanda particularly enjoys the photography and styling of pieces, taking time to showcase the beauty in each new pieces.
Upcyc_ler
@upcyc_ler Upcycling has been a hobby for Eleri since moving home three years ago. Noticing that older pieces had greater quality and longevity, as well as an amazing story behind them, Upcyc_ler was founded in 2020. Working full-time as a teacher Eleri hopes to inspire people to do something new with pieces they already have, or something that has passed down by family.
Francine's Store
@francines.store Francine’s Store is run by Emily from Nottingham and she loves the thrill of incredible finds! She sources and sells beautiful preloved homeware items; good design and sustainability is at the heart of the store. Ten percent of all sales are donated to a UK food bank charity.
Four Quarters
@fourquartershome Four Quarters source rare and irreplaceable homeware from the past 100 years, with a focus on art deco and mid-century pieces.
The Antik Store
The Antik Store was founded by Georgia as a way of sharing her passion for travel and interiors whilst also bringing joy and beauty to customers’ homes. Antik sell carefully selected pieces from travels across the UK and Europe. They also support a small, independent supply chain of market sellers and charities, investing back into the local community.
The Finical
The Finical – finical meaning ‘exacting and especially particular’ – is an edit of unique homeware pieces for the particular and meticulous minded. Born from an obsession for all things vintage and handcrafted, two friends with extensive experience in buying, were brought together by a shared appetite for the pursuit to find that perfect piece. Their sourcing has led them off the beaten track to remote corners of Europe and across the UK and they also offer a sourcing and consultancy service.
Apollo Atelier
Apollo Atelier source vintage décor, helping to make second-hand the first choice. The pieces they source combine quality materials and classic design and as a queer seller they love to share forgotten stories from the LGBT+ influence on style.
Sakes Vintage
Sakes vintage was founded by two sisters with a penchant for vintage interiors and homewares. Their backgrounds in fashion and e-commerce left them longing for a space where they could explore their interest in high quality, timeless design. With Sarah based in the UK and Katie in The Netherlands, they work together on an eclectic range of unique pieces for spaces and places around the world.
